Mission and Vision

Vision of the Department

  • To access the cutting-edge technology and to construct the foundations for reproduction
  • To be a research and educational institution equivalent to the Mechatronics Engineering Departments of other National and International Institution
  • To train highly qualified, well-educated generations that can compete in international environment
  • To compute with world standards by producing scientific publications
  • To take actions to strengthen University-Industry cooperation

Mission of the Department

To be a department that

  • can educate engineers that are equipped with both theoretical and practical knowledge and that have the abilities of defining problems, formulising, modelling, designing and conducting experiments and analysing the results.
  • can train well-equipped spirits prepared for global competition, which the country needs
  • has the students to gain analytical minds and stimulate them to join R&D and Design project competitions
  • does research and scientific publications in international standarts
  • is sensitive to our national values and that can produce a solution

Objectives of the Department

  • To present mechanics, electronics, electrical and computer engineering disciplines as a whole in coherence
  • To train engineers that are capable of designing or developing intelligent electromechanical systems concertedly with the experts in the field and with the use of the available technology
  • To enable students to face and cope with complicated and realistic engineering problems and encourage them to be acquainted with engineering software tools (CAD-Computer aided design) that are crucial in engineering design and analysis.
