According to the decision of the Council of Ministers published in the Official Gazette dated 21.07.2010 and numbered 27648, the Department of Mechatronics Engineering within the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences of Bursa Technical University, which was established with 6 Faculties, 2 Institutes, and 1 College, was founded in 2012 and started undergraduate education with its first students in the 2012-2013 Academic Year Fall Term. As of the Fall Term of the 2013-2014 Academic Year, students started to be accepted to the Master's program, and as of the Spring Term of the 2014-2015 Academic Year, students began to be admitted to the PhD program. Now, our department hosts 2 Professors, 3 Associate Professors, 8 Assistant Professors, 6 Research Asistants.
