Is training paid?
Education is free except for the annual tuition fee (if any) paid to public universities. You can see whether there is a tuition fee or not in the course registration section of the student affairs information system.
What is recognition of prior learning? How to do it?
It is the recognition, crediting and adaptation of the achievements of students outside a higher education institution. Students enrolled at Bursa Technical University; It includes recognition of knowledge, skills and competencies acquired with special interest through exemption exams, recognition of workplace experiences through portfolio preparation and exemption exams, recognition and adaptation of certificates received from accredited organizations. It is held once a year, within the time period announced in the Academic Calendar and before the start of the academic year. Applications are made to academic units.
How long are the education periods of the programs?
Except for the one-year foreign language preparatory class, students must complete their four-year undergraduate program within a maximum of seven years, regardless of whether they register for each semester or not, starting from the semester in which the courses for the program they are enrolled in are given. The preparatory training period is a maximum of two years.
