Established as the 5th Technical University in our country, Bursa Technical University's Department of Food Engineering, founded in 2012, completed its infrastructure and academic staff development and began accepting its first undergraduate and graduate students in the 2015-2016 academic year. As of the 2022-2023 academic year, a doctoral program has also been launched. Operating under the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, our department currently has 16 faculty members, including 3 professors, 3 associate professors, 4 assistant professors, and 6 research assistants. Efforts to strengthen the qualified academic staff are ongoing.
