According to our university's UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT ADVISORY IMPLEMENTATION DIRECTIVE;

Article 4-(1)

(3) The advisor shall: a) Supervise and guide the course registration processes of the students under their responsibility. b) Address the educational issues of the students they are responsible for throughout their studies. c) Inform students about conferences, panels, seminars, and similar events to support their academic development. ç) Provide information to students regarding postgraduate education and academic careers. d) Monitor the academic performance of the students. e) Set and announce meeting hours with the students.

(4) Except in mandatory situations, advisory continues until the student graduates from the university.
